We’re stuck indoors. Gyms are closed. Beaches are closed, then they’re opened, then they’re closed again. Group training is out of the question. So, what’s a gal to do when she wants to get a sweat on but the usual means aren’t available (read: legal)? Thankfully, parks are still a-OK and open for business, but if you’re feeling like you want to minimise human contact as much as possible (we feel you), then home workouts are for you. Firstly, the workout clothes

Workout gear sorted, now you need the essential accessories. Dumbbells and kettlebells are of course good to have, if you’re lucky enough to find them. If you can’t, resistance bands often do the trick, especially if you’re looking to build a booty or sculpt your arms sans any weighted gear.
