The flat-rate shipping fee is $9.95 Australia-wide. Express shipping in Australia is $18.00. If your order is over $150.00 you will receive FREE shipping anywhere in Australia.
Shop chuchka.com for international orders. The flat-rate shipping fee in the United States is $9.95 USD, and FREE for orders over $150.00 USD. For international orders outside the United States, the flat-rate shipping fee is $50.00 for single item orders, and $70.00 for orders over $69.00.
Customers can expect to receive their 'chuchkas' within 5-10 working days upon payment verification. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
All Boxing Day Purchases may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
All orders are sent by courier to get to you as quickly as possible.
If you have made any error please contact Chuchka at info@chuchka.com.au ASAP so we can make any changes for you. Unfortunately if your order has already been shipped you will need to pay for a re-delivery or return delivery fee.
Once your order has been lodged in the Chuchka system you will receive an email with your Tracking Number. You will receive notification emails at every point on your chuchkas journey to you. You can also use your Tracking Number on the 'Track Your Order' page of the website to get instant updates of your package. Sometimes the courier companies take a day or so to update their tracking information.
You can return or exchange any of your chuchkas if you change your mind, within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition. You will need to pay for the return delivery cost and once Chuchka has received your return items, your money will be refunded or an exchange item will be sent out.
