Shop chuchka.com for international orders. The flat-rate shipping fee in the United States is $9.95 USD, and FREE for orders over $150.00 USD. For international orders outside the United States, the flat-rate shipping fee is $50.00 for single item orders, and $70.00 for orders over $69.00.
Customers can expect to receive their 'chuchkas' within 5-10 working days upon payment verification. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
All Boxing Day Purchases may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
All orders are sent by courier to get to you as quickly as possible.
If you have made any error please contact Chuchka at info@chuchka.com.au ASAP so we can make any changes for you. Unfortunately if your order has already been shipped you will need to pay for a re-delivery or return delivery fee.
Once your order has been lodged in the Chuchka system you will receive an email with your Tracking Number. You will receive notification emails at every point on your chuchkas journey to you. You can also use your Tracking Number on the 'Track Your Order' page of the website to get instant updates of your package. Sometimes the courier companies take a day or so to update their tracking information.
Changed your mind? No stress! You can return or exchange any of your Chuchkas within 30 days of purchase, as long as they’re in their original condition. Just cover the return postage, and once your goodies are back with us we’ll either refund your money or send out your exchange item.
